So happy I went ahead with an oversized mattress. I found Big Mattress Co and decided to try them because they were the only oversized brand with a sleep trial! Bed is amazing and would recommend to anyone who is interested in trying a bigger bed.
View on GoogleOrdered an Alaskan King Nov 25 under the impression it would ship in 4-6 weeks. That came and went and we called to ask about our order, believe I spoke to Ed (older gentleman) to which he then told me they were having a supply chain issue and that the mattress wouldn’t ship until 2nd week of January now. I can understand things like that happen and especially lately in the last couple years, so we said “no problem”. 2nd week of January came upon us and we called to check status, to which they then said it’s going to be the last week of January that it ships. Called Friday Jan 27 and spoke to Linda to check on status. She told me about the supply chain issues due to them waiting for Fire sock material but they have received the material and everything is being put together and should be good to go but she needed to speak with customer service to confirm a ship date. Customer service was already gone for the day. Called this morning and she told me that they have all the materials but they still couldn’t give me an ETA and it could be at least 1 week more and up to a few more weeks but couldn’t confirm. I get things happen, I get supply chain issues, I understand getting back ordered. My issue is the deceptive ETA they give at time of purchase, the deceptive promises made by the gentleman, and the lack of transparency and information they are able to provide to a customer that has had $4200 floating around for months!! I would not return and purchase anything from this company and I do not recommend them.
