We had an excellent experience at Big Sandy. The sales associate Jamie was very friendly and helpful and great at communicating with us regarding the delivery date of our furniture. The process for delivery went smoothly with ability to get updates on the time of arrival. The delivery team was friendly, respectful and professional. I highly recommend and would definitely buy from this store again.

Robert did an AMAZING JOB helping us pick out our dream sectional for our little family! It was quick, easy, and he was so well informed and was able to help us make the best decision to fit our needs! Ask for Robert for an excellent experience!

Bryce was FANTASTIC!! He introduced himself as soon as I walked in the door, asked what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction of the store, and allowed me time to shop without hounding me. I asked him for suggestions and he walked me around the showroom to show me different options. He did not try to upsale anything, even though I decided to go with a more expensive option. Overall, the store is very clean and well organized. I really like how they have a display of the inside of their furniture to show how it's made and assembled. They have very reasonable prices! I am looking forward to returning to purchase a washer and dryer bundle as the prices on the sets are very cheap!

Beth was amazing! Greeted us at the door, let us know all their savings they had. When I showed her what I seen she took us right to it. We looked around for a min just in case she didn’t try to pressure us with anything but she made sure we were happy with our purchase. She made the whole process so fast it was a breeze!
