Big Sandy Superstore

Vana helped me from start to finish. Greeted me at the front door with a warm smile and helped me find a washer and dryer to suit my needs. She was the sweetest and nicest big sandy employee I've ever seen. She was very knowledgeable and also helped us a find a TV that we really needed to upgrade.

Nick was an amazing salesman. Super helpful & very knowledgeable. Didn’t push us into buying anything. Helped us find a high tech living room couch & recliner that our teenagers & I will have fun using for years while watching movies. Thanks Nick!!

Kayla was amazing to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole furniture shopping experience easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, helped us find the perfect pieces, and never made us feel pressured. Excellent customer service — highly recommend asking for Kayla!

Vana helped us with getting a new mattress and was great! Great selection of items. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back when I need any other furniture.

The 3 Jason’s are experienced, they know their products and are very willing to help you make a good choice on a new washer and dryer. The Samsung washer and dryer is absolutely amazing, “Smart“ & beautiful. The lid doesn’t slam shut when you let go to close it on the washer. “It “gently closes itself. Awesome. I’m a disabled veteran, so they were able to give me a discount on the washer & dryer set. Now waiting for delivery.
