Big Sandy Superstore

Our experience was amazing and we are very pleased with our new purchase and can’t wait for it to arrive! I want to give a huge thank you to Jerridawn for helping us find the perfect couch! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to answer all my questions and help me choose something that fit my style and space. I absolutely love our new couch, and I truly appreciate the amazing customer service. Thank you, Jerridawn!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Melanie. She was so kind and extremely helpful. I went to just look around and left with a better deal than I could have imagined!

I went in today and had to buy two bed sets and a sectional couch, Melanie was very helpful and informative. She was not frustrated even when my two toddlers were having a hard time in the store, I was surprised to find out she was a newer employee. It seemed she had been there for years with how fast she was with knowing pieces, prices and the durability. Melanie was kind, not pushy or guiding me towards things that were out of my budget. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be returning customers because of her!! -Savannah

First of all my husband and I was greeted by a salesperson named Jaradawn. She asked if there was anything we were interested in looking at. I told her we were interested in purchasing a sectional. I told her the color and that it needed recliners. She took us to a sectional that was exactly what I wanted. I had heard there was a waiting list on it and I was hoping it wasn’t too long. Surprisingly, all the pieces were in stock and it could be delivered as soon as Friday. She asked if we were interested in financing which was what we needed. She took us to her desk and explained all the plans we could choose from and told us what the payment amount would be for each plan. Jaradawn was so nice and helpful. I usually don’t do reviews but she was outstanding, professional and kind. We will always request her from now on when we visit your store. We left smiling. I will recommend her to my friends and family. She is a great asset to your company.

Our experience was great, and we are very pleased with our purchase. Jaradawn was great to work with. With the countless texts and in-person visits, finding the perfect bedroom suite, we never felt rushed, and she was so patient in making sure we got exactly what we wanted at the best price! She is the best!
