Called because I needed a washer ASAP. They had the brand I wanted in stock & we were able to go get it same day! That’s service! I also go to Bitter Neumann because they have an excellent service department. And locally owned. All around good experiences over the years.

Jaime was very helpful with the whole process. I went in wanting a washer and dryer set and came out with a set that I felt happy with! Pricing is normal and delivery fees are great! There have their own repair team as well. She gave us space to look at the different options, which is much nicer than a sales person trying to sell you on something you’re not completely interested in! I truly appreciated the experience at Bitter Neumann.

The sales person was friendly and helpful, but gave us time to look on our own. We never felt pressured. We love the fact that Bitter Neumann can service our appliance if the need arises.

Looking for a new refrigerator, and I spoke with Jason at the Manitowoc store. I already knew what I wanted, but that particular model was sold out. Jason said he would order one for me. He placed the order, but said that it wouldn’t be available until June, when they would be starting production again for that model. Today is April 1st, however, I was willing to wait. Our old refrigerator is still running fine; I just wanted a larger refrigerator than what we have now. It’s not like I need it today. Jason looked everything up and took care of all the details. He is pleasant to work with.

I bought a Maytag dryer at Bitter Neumann from representative Jason. He took the time to explain each kind of dryer. He answered all of my questions. I paid for the dryer in full. I am happy with the service so far. The only thing that I am not happy about is that the dryer will not be delivered to me for three weeks. I thought that I would be able to get a dryer within a week after paying for it in full. I need a dryer now.
