Not happy at all. Bought an electric lift chair and asked for it to be delivered. They contract it out to a third party, and not once did they OR the delivery people say anything about a $150 delivery fee. Unacceptable!!! I had a full 7 piece dining table and chair set delivered from Bitter Neuman and it was only $100!!! Phone calls to both parties yielded no resolution. Will never go back.
View on GoogleFirst time visiting to the store and I got exactly what I wanted at a bargain price and in 2026 that's rare. Great customer service and great product selection. What more can you ask for?
View on GoogleWe came looking for a new sectional and immediately we were welcomed by the owner. She showed our kids where the toys for them to play with were so mom and dad could shop without having to chase them around the store. The owner was wonderful to work with and we came home with a beautiful sectional! The prices are amazing, so much cheaper than the surrounding area stores. We will definitely be going back!
View on GoogleWent in to look for a loveseat and found a really great deal! Amy worked with me on the price and was very personable and pleasant. Upon pickup, I did not have a strap and they graciously offered one for me to use. 10/10 will definitely be going back..
View on GoogleThis place is great! We have bought 2 mattresses in the past and now have bought a couch. We got to the store 20 minutes before closing. Amy was super helpful and didn't rush us. She even helped us measure. She held the couch for us until our son could pick it up (we live outside of Sheboygan). Patty helped out son load the truck into his truck. It fits perfect in our space and looks great!
