Blue Springs Mattress Gallery

BUYER BEWARE! Be very very cautious buying anything from this store! Their entire warehouse flooded causing hundreds of pieces to be water damaged! They are still trying to sell those pieces as new. If the mattress isn’t wrapped in new plastic then it was water damaged. If it is in plastic I bet it smells like mold and mildew! The furniture store next door is the same way! A complete rip off!

My husband and I have bought four mattresses for our new home. We absolutely love them. Julie was very knowledgeable and lead us in the right direction. Every guest that have stayed on these beds, complement them. I highly recommend this store.

My wife & I bought our mattresses for two homes, from blue Springs mattress gallery. We absolutely love our mattresses. The staff was very knowledgeable and lead us in the right direction for our needs. We would highly recommend!

We just purchase a Moulof mattress with an adjustable base. This is the third mattress we bought from Blue Springs Mattress Gallery. If you're looking for a mattress this is the place to go to get educated on your needs for a mattress. Very knowledgeable.

This store is selling a Dr Oz hybrid mattress that they do not have in stock. The floor model that you lay on is not the mattress you will take home. I wound up with 2 of the same hard mattresses, 1 that I brought home and a week later another delivered by them to replace the hard mattress, with the exact model of hard mattress I had. The owner Julie promised me I was getting delivered the floor model I laid on. That was not true. They're selling mattresses that are not an exact duplicate of the floor model. What a scam. And it cost her time, gas, and 2 workers time to deliver the replacement mattress 40 miles to my house. Now I'm still stuck with the exact hard Dr Oz $425 mattress that I had the first time, model #s matched. Now I had to buy a $180 queen mattress topper to make their mattress as soft as I needed it.
