I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer set from John’s for over $3,000 plus installation. The delivery team removed my old machines, installed the new ones, and ran what seemed like a very quick test before leaving. When I went to do my first load of laundry, the washer wouldn’t work. I called John’s and was told they could send a technician out in two days. Since the machine was brand new, I called multiple times asking for someone from sales to call me back because I was already considering returning it. Nobody ever returned my calls. After some investigation, I found out the installer had actually broken the plumbing fixture connecting the water line to the washer. It had been overtightened and the internal valve snapped. I ended up having to hire a plumber and spend $800 on repairs before I could even use my new washer. The delivery center later called me for a survey, and I explained everything that happened. Even after that, nobody from John’s reached out to apologize, discuss the issue, or offer any help. The Speed Queen machine itself is okay, although it takes some getting used to. Looking back, I wish I had purchased the TC5 instead of the TR7. My biggest disappointment is the customer service. They’re very quick to take your money, but when there’s a problem, getting a callback seems impossible. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from John’s again.

We have dealt with John's Appliance since 2013 and have always had a positive experience. We live in DeLand, FL and do business with Lynn in the Orange City store. Lynn has an extensive background in appliance sales and is able to answer our questions and make the best recommendations. MOST IMPORTANTLY: We would like to acknowledge, "Michael" as an outstanding delivery and installation employee for John's Appliance! About a year ago Michael delivered and installed a Bosch dishwasher, and more recently we had to replace an electric cooktop and we were fortunate to again have Michael there to deliver and install our new appliance. Michael is always pleasant and professional and was helpful and accommodating when we had a "glitch" (ours not John's) with the installation. We are again happy customers and John's is fortunate to have an employee like Michael,

I have purchased many appliances from John's Appliance Center. Sales and delivery have always been outstanding. My recent purchase of a Speed Queen washer was exceptional in that the machine is exceptional. Well worth the price. Quiet, sturdy and gets the job done. Kudos to Lynn Vieiea for her e collection sales assistance!

My dryer blew up yesterday and I was in desperate need of a new one. Home depot said it would be a week or more till I could get one delivered and recommend me to johns appliance. I was greeted by Lynn and she was very knowledgeable and helpful ! She said unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get delivery till next week. But she made some magic work and now I'm expecting my new dryer tomorrow. Definitely go see her for all your needs!

Large facility with new in box, floor models and scratch and dent options on a large variety of appliances by various manufacturers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. U S Veteran friendly. Also have in house service and repair teams. Highly recommended. Very established business. Been in the area for decades.
