My experience here was nothing short of awesome! I had gone to another small business in Westfeild but the price point and selection was better here. This is also a small locally owned business, my favorite! Father and son helped us for a quick, easy transaction for a mattress for me. Not pushy with sales or upselling, informative with what I was looking for. Same day delivery? Heck yes. Went in there around 1pm, was there for 20 minutes max, and had my mattress by 5pm. Plus they both entertained my chatty father and I 😂. Thank you guys! Definitely will be referring others to y’all. 💕

Went to Bory's for the first time and bought a very solid bed, mattress, box spring. John and Andrew were very knowledgeable. The furniture was delivered 3 days later. Very quick, professional and very nice. We will definitely be going back for future purchases Karen D Holyoke

I want to Borys furniture in March of 2024, the service was absolutely fantastic! The owners John and his son Andrew we're amazing. I went there and purchased a Gold Bond mattress. It's very hard to find a two-sided mattress today. In the past I've gone to raymour and flanigan and every time I kept getting robbed literally. The first mattress I bought from them started sagging after 6 months they came and looked at the mattress then offered me credit back. then the next step was that a picked out a new mattress and that was $200 more. Needless to say within 8 months that mattressed was the same they don't care. So if you're looking for Great furniture look no further than Borys furniture in Chicopee. I am one extremely satisfied customer.

This was my first time buying my own furniture, and I'm new to the area. My dad told me to find a local, family-owned furniture store, and I'm so glad I did! I started out with a mattress, then I went back for a couch and dining table/chairs, then I needed a shelf, then I was back for a bedroom set. Borys Furniture is THE place to go if you want quality furniture and great service. Andrew has been patient and helpful throughout my decision making, and he's very knowledgeable about the products and industry. Not only is service before the purchase great, but delivery service is stellar, too. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and professional. I could go on and on, but I'll end by saying I am grateful for the quality furniture that will last and the quality service that makes you feel like part of the family.

Our experience at the store was great very helpful and a nice selection. The delivery guys were nice and polite and quick. I would highly recommend them as we enjoy out new couch and recliner.
