I had the most amazing experience with purchasing my couches. Excellent customer service was on point. The delivery men were kind, fast, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond what was expected. When I tipped them they were so appreciative that it made me wonder if folks don’t tip. I will definitely be ordering more from this fantastic company. I highly highly recommend !! Yes, my dog is even obsessed with the comfy couches.

Customer service was great was greeted with a smile. Bossman made my experience a breeze very helpful with my selection. Got me approved in min. And walked out a very HAPPY customer!!!!!

Yesssss there customer service while they’re running your credit is excellent but when you’re know longer in there store you’re know longer there concern and that shouldn’t be the case. I just purchased this bedroom set March 8,2024 , as you can see the wood is breaking down and costing me more money for maintenance I’m furious. Then when you call them Is did you read the contract which that also don’t seat right with me when you should be able to tell them your furniture is falling apart it’s ridiculous. And I’m not a happier customer at all. I should’ve want elsewhere lesson learned.

They was nice let you look at the furniture and then the one I wanted. I told my hubby and he brought for me so it nice sectional for the house

This is my 4th time furnishing my house from boss furniture. I love their Service and their products and we work with you, boss man is the go to man
