Furniture Mecca

My husband and I recently purchased a 4-piece sectional from Furniture Mecca, and we had the pleasure of working with Nidal. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were in the middle of an emergency move with a baby, and I was incredibly stressed. Nidal was patient, kind, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to help us find the right couch for our family and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that he treated us like people, not just a sale. Even when I asked about negotiating, he took the time to explain how pricing works and why certain prices were set the way they were. He did it so respectfully and gently that I completely understood and appreciated his honesty. Because of the trust and confidence he gave us, we ended up spending more than we originally planned, but we felt good about our decision because he helped us make a sound choice for our home. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Nidal, for all of your help. Furniture Mecca is lucky to have you. You truly went above and beyond, and in my opinion, you deserve recognition for the amazing spirit and customer service you bring to your work every day.

Do not buy furniture from this company. A $1200+ couch should not be falling apart. The couch was purchased for me as a gift in November. The pull out piece detached after a week. We complained and it took a month for them to respond. Apparently, I had a couch somebody returned cause the replacement looked brand new. The sales associate said this is a common issue with the couch. A week later the middle piece detached again. I dealt with it but now the couch is completely falling apart and they’re response is there’s nothing they can do because it’s out of a 90 day warranty as if they didn’t know this would happen. Absolutely do not waste your money here, $1200 down the drain!!! They tell people on here to email them to save face but nothing is being resolved.

I came to the store for a bed. I walked out with a beautiful bed set, mattress and 2 speakers. Nidal made everything work out perfectly for us. It was an incredible experience and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer. Thank you so much Nidal you are the best

My review from 2021: I came in the week before I was set to move. I had already done my research on the company's website before coming to the store. The living room set that I wanted was in stock!!!! The floor female salesperson was very helpful in making sure I got what I wanted. And the male cashier was also helpful and nice as well. I received my furniture on time, and the delivery men were nice & friendly too. They wasted no time in putting my stuff together! Will definitely be back for my dining room set!!! My review from 2025: Once again I am a satisfied customer! I love my dining room set! 😀 It's so beautiful & fits my apartment perfectly. The couch set in the background is from this same Furniture Mecca 2021. It would still look perfect if I didn't have cats lol! Love this store! Love the customer service & quick delivery. 😊

I usually order from Raymour Flanigan‘for furniture but this time decided to give this place a try. Their delivery service is a -0 no Communication skills and no good Customer Service. I was at work and my wife was home to receive the items. They left a mess outside and inside my house the didn’t take any of the boxes they left some outside that wind blew around on my neighbors property that was embarrassing and they left boxes and trash in the house they did not clean up after themselves.
