Bowles Mattress Co.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our mattress. Staff was very informative and could easily explain the difference between each family of mattresses as well as the configurations within a family. Pricing was clear and straight forward and all mattresses have a flat 10 year warranty. Our delivery date is set for this week so TBD on that process, but the delivery cost and haul off cost for out existing mattress were both reasonable. Highly recommend considering this local, family owned business for a new mattress before you buy something online...

I really wish I could give them no stars. No one at the store seem to know what they were talking about or how to get information on getting a mattress actually delivered to my home. My experience started with them on Saturday. We found a mattress that we really liked. Anybody looking for a mattress knows this is a particularly long and painful experience. The checkout process was fraught with issues from ordering the wrong mattress, to entering the wrong price, to not entering our delivery address at all. We set up delivery for one week from Monday. On the next Wednesday I received a call from the store telling me that they never should’ve sold me the mattress because it clearly indicated in their system that the mattress was not in stock and would not be delivered to me until probably mid to late February, a full two months after I ordered it. Not only would I not be getting my mattress but they also would make no adjustments concerning price or delivery fees based on their mistake. They assumed no responsibility for the mistake saying it was a manufacturing issue even though they had initially told me they should not have sold me the mattress as their system clearly showed it as unavailable. The one good thing I can say is that they did refund my money within two days

I didn't buy a mattress here but the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He's not on commission and didn't try to push me towards the expensive mattresses, though my favorite one was the priciest I tried.

Excellent service Ed is so caring, dedicated and the mattress we chose was outstanding thanks again

Cannot fault them they do not carry what I was looking for. But I will call them if I need something else. Very friendly on the phone
