Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Taylor was prompt to respond to my inquires and flexible when I had to reschedule our time to meet. He was very informative of the process of BoxDrop and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. Taylor is understanding, compassionate, patient (as we tried out all the mattresses multiple times!) and very accommodating. He gave his honest opinion and wasn't pushy, just genuinely wants to help people. Within an hour of reviewing, asking a ton of questions and trying out the mattresses, we had a brand-new bed at home! The process was perfect for my SO and me, and so were the prices. Sleeping on the bed last night was amazing, just exactly what we needed. I already told several of my friends about the experience, and will continue to recommend seeing Taylor at BoxDrop here in Rochester, MN!
