Nice costomer service, happy with my purchase but my dinning table came with some damage and l let the owner know immediately for any warranty no respond ??
View on GoogleI brought my kid here to buy a mattress, and we're definitely going to be repeat customers. The prices are so much better than other stores, the staff were helpful with selection, purchase, and even loading it on our car. I already recommend this place to friends.
View on GoogleThe store features a selection of major mattresses and furnishings at very competitive prices. I advise you to visit them and buy from them. Great treatment from the employer and employees. I wish you more success.
View on GoogleThe owner and staff at BoxDrop Burnsville are amazing! They were soooooo nice and accommodating, making sure we found the best fit for our needs. Very flexible, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Their rug section is beautiful imported from Turkey, soft, and absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place, and I couldn’t thank them enough!
View on GoogleThe atmosphere at this store was not very welcoming for a first-time customer. The layout had beds in the front, sofas in the back, and tables upstairs. I came in looking for a dining table set, but their selection was very limited—they even offered to sell me the display model. Unfortunately, the display chair was uneven, and when I pointed it out, the response was simply, “You just have to fix it.” To top it off, there were “no photography” signs posted everywhere, as if their products were exclusive, but nothing really stood out.
