Wonderful experience from beginning to end! My husband and I were just looking around and I decided to look at boxdrop on my lunch break. I was met by such friendly staff who took time and asked questions on what we needed in a sofa. I have a family of six so we needed space for all of us to sit and needed a sleeper sofa as well. They didn’t have one in stock but knew of the waverly model by behold furniture. They ended up ordering one and before they could put it on the floor we were sold on it. We’ve had the sofa for about a month now and it’s been incredible! It has two reclining seats and one reclining chaise, storage in the chaise, charging ports in the cupholder section, and the pull out sleeper section has been amazing on movie nights. This has been such a wonderful experience and if we ever need additional furniture pieces BoxDrop will be our first stop.AND they are veteran owned! As a wife of a veteran this was an easy choice to do business with them!

Truly the Best Mattress-Buying Experience! We got our new bed today, and I can honestly say the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Within an hour of purchasing, our bed was delivered right to our home — talk about fast service! The delivery team was wonderful: friendly, professional, and so helpful in getting everything set up inside. What really stood out to me, though, was the in-store experience. We were able to take our time testing out each mattress without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The sales associate was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through our options and helping us find exactly what we needed. She truly listened and understood every concern and request we had. As someone who struggles with anxiety and tends to overthink big purchases, I can’t express enough how much it meant to have someone so understanding and kind help us through the process. Buying a new bed can feel like such a daunting (and expensive) task, but she made it feel easy and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you so much for going above and beyond — not only for helping us find the perfect mattress, but for making the entire experience a pleasant one. I could not have asked for better service, and I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!

We’ve been all over Beaufort and Bluffton looking for furniture with almost no luck. As soon as I walked in here, I knew it was the right place. Not filled with overpriced, weird looking garbage like many furniture stores. Instead, great looking and functional couches, beds, recliners, and some odds and ends, all at a great price. Talked with the owner who was awesome to chat with and super helpful and kind. Helps that he’s a veteran too. Highly recommended and this will be our go to furniture store from now on. Really happy we found this business.
