Fred at mattress firm was great with! He was very talkative, but in a friendly and helpful way that made the experience enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what i needed. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. Definitely a positive experience!

Short & sweet because the sleep expert knew the answers & I already knew what was important. It took under 30 minutes to order >$3500.00. Only negative was the delivery date. They only deliver Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. I needed the bed on Tuesday & it cost me another day at the hotel. Sleep expert said he would call the warehouse. I only wish a “manager” would intervene

The in-store experience was fine. However, the day before delivery, we get a call saying the mattress we purchased was out of stock and it will be at least another week before it gets delivered. No apologies were conveyed. Meanwhile, my 86 year old mother is having to sleep on the couch because she already donated her old bed. We coordinated the donation pick up to be as close as possible to the delivery date and the salesperson knew this. Why can't you check the stock at the time of purchase? I would think that if a bed is out of stock you would see that in your system and notify the customer at the time of purchase. We won't be shopping here again if this is how customers are treated.

Great service, Travis was very patient and wanted to make sure we were pleased. We have now had the mattresses for one week and are again very pleased with them.

They let me take all the time I needed in making my mattress decision. Letting me know all about the different mattresses. They knew their product. I felt very confident in my choice.
