BoxDrop Furniture Clarksburg

10/10 – Highly Recommend BoxDrop Furniture! We had an awesome experience with the guys at BoxDrop Furniture. From the minute I walked in, they were super helpful, down to earth, and genuinely fun to deal with. No pressure, no nonsense — just straight-up good people. They helped us get exactly what we needed, and to top it off, they even threw away a big crate and box I had in the back of my truck so I’d have room for the new furniture 😂. Who does that anymore? That’s above-and-beyond customer service right there. They were cracking jokes, keeping things light, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a typical “furniture store” experience — it felt like dealing with buddies who actually care. If you’re on the fence, just go. Great prices, great service, and great people.

I was hesitant to stop here for a mattress. But I needed one that day. Much to my delight, I found a great mattress, at a fair price, with great customer service IN STOCK. I’m so glad I took a chance. I will definitely go back!

We have purchased a sectional and a mattress from Boxdrop furniture and it has been an excellent experience each time. The owners and staff are always polite and helpful. They are never pushy and they allow you time to look around and ask questions in your own time. You absolutely cannot beat their pricing and quality of the items. I would highly recommend.

This is our second time purchasing a mattress here, and both the service and product quality have been outstanding. If you’re looking for excellent products at fair prices, there’s no better place in the area!

They were very nice and accommodating! We had a few hiccups on our end and they were very understanding and went above and beyond to help us. Now we have a great couch and will definitely be back for future furniture!
