BoxDrop Charleston Furniture Direct

Customer service was fantastic, explained lay out of the store and then let us be to explore on our own! Prices were fantastic literally a third of what other name brand furniture places were charging and the best part was how fast they delivered. I got my couch in two days, very happy with everything!

I recently bought a beautiful sectional couch from BoxDrop Charleston Furniture Direct and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! About 6 months ago, I fell in love with the exact same sectional at Ashley Furniture. It was nice, but the price was way higher than I wanted to spend, so I walked away. Then I happened to see it pop up in this store’s Facebook post—same model, same color/configuration—and it was significantly cheaper (thousands less!). I couldn’t believe the deal, so I headed right over. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient—they helped me confirm it was the identical piece, answered all my questions without any pressure, processed everything quickly, and even arranged fast delivery. No long waits, no upsell nonsense, just smooth and helpful service that made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely shop here again. Thanks for the great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great store! The staff is top notch and really works to get you the best deal they can. I have bought from them multiple times and have never been disappointed! I will be shopping here again for sure!

Very happy with my purchase. Great selection, great quality and great customer service. If you’re looking for quality furniture at a great price this is your place!

Went to the store and they had a great selection of different sectionals and sofa/love sets. Also had a wide variety of mattresses to choose from. Prices were amazing. Staff was very knowledgeable on the furniture and mattresses. Best part is EVERYTHING WAS IN STOCK AND READY TO TAKE HOME THAT DAY!!!!
