BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Baltimore, MD

I bought a sofa, loveseat and mattress from BoxDrop. Initially, when I pulled up, I wasn’t sure if it was open or if I was at the right place, but I decided to go inside, and wow, I was pleasantly surprised! They have a lot of furniture options to choose from. Chris was there alone, but he answered all questions and did not try to rush me or encourage me to buy more. The prices are good, and I was able to get the items delivered the next day! The quality of the living room set is great, and the mattress feels like I’m sleeping on clouds! If there is a drawback, it’s because of the delivery service. I was expecting they’d take the old furniture, for a fee of course, but initially the driver didn’t want to because he said his truck was a rental, and he wanted to return it. In all of my years of buying furniture, I was always able to pay for them to remove the old items. Fortunately, the driver agreed to take the living room set, but I had to find and pay someone else to haul the old mattress. As a single woman, I like “one stop shopping.” Overall, I highly recommend BoxDrop Furniture and would purchase from them again. P.S. Thanks for the mattress protector, Chris!

BoxDrop is definitely the go to, Chris Benhoff was the guy that assisted me, cool and friendly dude helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Great prices, and the furnitures looks great especially the one I got. Definitely recommend!

I am a regular customer and fan of box drop Baltimore . Chris is an amazing guy and this I my second time coming in. The quality of the products vs the cost is a steal deal. I would surely recommend and will comeback whenever I get a chance..

I just bought a sectional for a reasonable price. It is comfortable and it is durable. All the main things I was looking for. Tyler was very helpful and flexible. They have some nice furniture here. A little hidden tucked away gem. I recommend this place.

I have been buying all of my furniture from Chris at BoxDrop Furniture since 2017. I have purchased mattresses, sectionals, and most recently (2026) a new bedroom set. Everything is exceptional quality and comes new in boxes/plastic. Chris and his brother are always honest and fair in their pricing and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The delivery process was exceptionally easy and the crew was incredibly careful and respectful. I'll never waste my time at a big box store again!
