BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Carlisle, PA

We recently purchased a sectional from BoxDrop Carlisle, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience—thanks to Ben and Paul. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. What made this experience even better is that we had worked with Paul years ago when we bought a mattress from him, and that was just as great of an experience. It’s clear that level of service and care has stayed consistent over time. Both Ben and Paul took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure, making the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out, and we felt confident in our purchase because of their guidance. If you’re looking for great furniture and even better customer service, we highly recommend working with Ben and Paul at BoxDrop Carlisle. They made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish!

Easiest furniture shopping experience ever. The staff was friendly, and we felt no pressure. When we were choosing between a few options, the staff was knowledgeable and helped guide us to the perfect fit. I absolutely love my new sofa!

We purchased furniture from this store and unfortunately had issues with it within the first month. Since then, we’ve reached out multiple times for repair support and have been continuously told it would be handled, but no resolution has been provided. This has been a frustrating experience, and we’re still hoping for a proper response and follow-through. Just sharing so others are aware and can make informed decisions.

Didn't know about this place until I Googled mattresses near me. We stopped in to look at mattresses and were surprised with the selection. The quality of their product and the costs sold us right there. We also ended up buying a new living room set. Paul was very helpful and took the time to answer our questions. I believe we were there past closing time but it was not a problem. I would highly recommend you make this your first stop when you go shopping for furniture.

Great experience! Great prices! Great people All around great didint feel pressure or attacked into making a deal was checked on enough that it never really felt like I was bothered while checking stuff out and when I asked about pricing they gave me a even better price Love are new sofa set for are new home! Came in multiple boxes and even tho the assembly book didn’t actually tell you how everything seemed pretty self explanatory and easy to assemble but they do offer a service for 200$! “That’s a great price IMHO” Were they will deliver and assemble all All in all loved it here and will be back for any future furniture purchases
