BoxDrop Mattress & More

Oh my goodness, the customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. sweetest church people, you would ever meet. Helped me tremendously. Great quality mattresses and great deals!

As a first time customer, Mrs. Nicole was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She explained the buying options in detail. Offered plenty of insight for a seamless purchase. She assisted in the loading of our purchase!!!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!! #happycutomer #boxdropmatressvicksburg

Came in looking for a mattress and boxspring and left with a great deal! I had the pleasure of meeting Arial, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great service!

My husband and I met me Mrs. King, today at BoxDrop. She's a very friendly, polite and knowledgeable woman! She was able to actually help us decide what we needed. I've had two back surgeries, so it was very important to get a comfortable mattress. Mrs. King was able to explain the different types of mattresses, for us to fully understand what we were getting! Ended up with one that inclines and massages lol but such a great deal! Thanks so much Mrs. King! Can't wait to sleep comfortably!

I ordered a couch which had to be customized. They gave me a delivery date which they met and the piece was adorable. I would recommend anyone to do business with them - excellent customer service 😊👍🏽
