Cowboy Maloney's Home Store

I have heard of Cowboy Maloney 's for quite sometime, but this was my first time doing business with them. I must say that it was everything I expected and more. The staff was VERY helpful from the moment I entered the store. All of my questions were answered promptly and my purchase took less than 30 minutes. Delivery of my purchase was just as good. I would recommend this store to all of my family and friends. They provide excellent services.

Awesome customer service & selection!! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Cowboy Maloney’s in Vicksburg, Mississippi. After being told by a Home Depot that they didn’t have any ovens in stock that were available for same day pick up AND that we’d have to wait until December 30th (or later) for it to be delivered, I was super bummed & stressed out. Our oven at our hunting camp crapped out just in time for the holidays! And we have a lot of family coming to visit over the next two weeks. I decided to try Cowboy Maloney’s around the corner…being a smaller store, I assumed they would tell me the same as Home Depot…but nope! They showed me to multiple IN STOCK ovens that were very reasonably priced with all the features I was looking for. After I completed my purchase, they had it loaded up in my vehicle in less than 10 minutes! The guys working were super friendly, more than helpful & just great to work with. The next time we have a big purchase for our camp that we can get at Cowboy Maloney’s, we’ll definitely be back!! Big thanks to them for saving our holidays & making sure our company didn’t have to settle for microwaved food! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

We called to see if they had an A/C and heat wall unit in stock. They did have two sizes in stock. We went to the store and got the larger if the two sizes. We told Neill that the one we are replacing we also got from cowboy Malone and it lasted six years. Neill was the one that sold us that one six years ago. It has been a good purchase then and also now. They are very nice and courteous. They loaded it up for us. Very good service.

Let me start by saying I would give 6 stars if I could. We bought a refrigerator here, and the entire process was great. Bought a ding and scrap floor model which is a great discount, with everything important working. Neil was great with triple checking everything for us. He walked us through the financing options, which 0% interest is great- we went with a 2-payment option which was best for us. There was no pressure in the process either way. The delivery was done well the drivers took good care to protect not only the fridge, but also didn't damage the yard at all- and I don't have an easy driveway for that. They took extra care of the fridge moving it in, protecting the floors and making sure not to hit the fan. I would highly recomend this location any time.

Great consumer service . Very helpful didn’t try and make a quick sale. I was treated like a customer. I was greeted when entering the door. Explain that the process wouldn’t take long. I give them 10 out of 10.
