BoxDrop Mattress RVA (Richmond, VA)

I’ll tell you what, was a bit hesitant about not buying from a big box store, but boy was I wrong. BoxDrop especially Rachel was awesome. No high pressure selling at all. She just wants you to select the right one for you. The financing piece is quick and was out the door in 30 minutes. Will definitely buy again.

Rachel was a fantastic host and after discussing several mattresses we found one that was perfect for our needs. She gave us a great deal. If you're looking for a nice mattress at a reasonable price I recommend her shop.

I went in and Rachel helped me find a great mattress at a very reasonable price!! Made my family and I fell very welcome, was not overly pushy like most sales people which was a nice change. She genuinely wants to help people find a bed that helps you without breaking you like bigger places do. I got a Queen for the price of a Full! Not to mention it was delivered the same day so I got to get an awesome night of sleep last night!! I have scoliosis and this is the first morning in a while that I've woken up not aching in pain. Highly recommend going to see Rachel!!!

Had an awesome experience getting our queen mattress here! Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and I felt like we got the best mattress that fit our price range and needs perfectly! Would definitely recommend, prices were extremely good for what you get :)

Rachael is absolutely amazing. My husband was hesitant to go mattress shopping but not only did Rachael make us feel welcomed, she also had so many financing options as well. It made the process so much easier and convenient for us! And the deals she has for her inventory and quality of her beds are amazing. Definitely will go to her again for our next mattress needs.
