I recently bought a 14-inch memory foam mattress and couldn’t be happier! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The prices were amazing—I feel like I got a fantastic deal on a great mattress. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!
View on GoogleThis mattress store was such a breath of fresh air compared to all the other mattress stores here in san angelo. Went in to look around and came out with a new mattress!! So excited to have finally found affordable but amazing quality mattresses. The owner Patrick was amazing as well, very helpful and honest with us while deciding what mattress to get. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress!
View on GoogleSaw an ad on fb marketplace and came on down to this location. I had the pleasure to speak to the owner Patrick who immidiately displayed an outstanding level of customer service. He invited me into his personal office so that my daughter didnt have to stay in the heat of the warehouse. He asked many questions so that he could help me find the best couch that fit my personal wants/needs. Ultimately, the one that my partner and I wanted wasn't available at their location. Patrick gave me his business card and told me he would look through his other locations in Austin and Dallas and would let me know if anything showed up. From there my family and I were just getting ready to leave when he came running out to catch us in order to show us a deal online for a couch that wasn't even being sold through his business but one of his manufacturers! The couch was exactly what my partner and I were looking for and we cannot express and recommend Patrick and his business enough. Not only did he display wonderful customer service, but he went out of his way to find us a deal that didn't even benefit him directly. Highly reccomend!
View on GooglePatrick did a fantastic job taking care of my daughter. We came into town to set up her first apartment, other stores had expensive mattresses that couldn't be delivered for 7-10 days. Pat had what she wanted at a very reasonable price. Pat gave an honest assessment for the mattresses he carries and she picked a winner. Pat delivered it himself the next morning ahead of schedule. She loves the mattress and is very happy with this purchase. It felt too good to be true at times, but I was very happy with this experience. Pat even recommended an AC mechanic, ours broke on the way down from the Midwest. I would encourage anyone in the market for a new bed to see Pat at BoxDrop.

These guys delivered it same day as purchase. If you’re needing a new mattress go check them out! You will be glad you did! Prices are awesome too! Thank you for great service!!
