Looking for a queen size mattress, this time we wanted to shop local and support a family owned business, we found Box drop Mattress in Google maps. They were very friendly, no pressure to buy. We had our mattress delivered the same day, that does not happen with other big companies. We are loving our mattress, thank you Box drop Mattress. New customer for life. Rhoades family.
View on GoogleI debated on writing this review for a long time. I love to support small businesses, but this was not a good experience. My mattress is such poor quality I have to flip heads for feet every week because it becomes a hole on the top half and I am sleeping with my head on a decline because the weight being more where the head of the bed is completely depresses that side. I’ve never seen anything like it. It feels like the inside of my mattress is made of cheap sponge that can’t bear the weight of anything. I got in touch with the owner about a month or 2 after I bought it. They were nice every time I’ve talked to them, but after going through the process of getting pictures that prove my mattress has a 4 in dip I was informed that my particular mattress doesn’t have a warranty so we can’t really do anything about it. So I’m stuck with this horrible mattress. I could’ve bought one for $200 on Amazon and at least then I wouldn’t be mad about it not being great quality. Very disappointed in the whole situation.
View on GoogleLet me tell you this company and its owners are customer driven! When we first got our mattress, it was raining hard that day. It got wet in some areas of our mattress. We tried putting fans on to dry it up. Needless to say it left some stains. Not only that, the mattress caused our backs to hurt and hips to hurt. Wasn’t the right mattress for us anyways. We called and were taken care of!!! They are replacing our mattress and making sure we are satisfied. From the ownership down to the representatives we were so pleased. Now days you cant this type of service. I hate shopping for mattresses, but I assure you; we will be shopping with them when we need a mattress. Best customer service and they are very communicative. You will not be disappointed with these guys. Thank you so much for taking care of our needs!
View on GoogleWe had a great shopping experience and got a great mattress made in the USA (Texas) that was surprisingly affordable and very well made. The local couple who own the place are the people you have the pleasure of dealing with, not commissioned sales people. My wife and I have different mattress preferences so the kindness, patience, and experience of the owners was extremely helpful and led us to finding a mattress we both were very happy with. Highly recommend!

Dillion has a ton of information on anything sleep related, and will help you find what you need. Purchased our new king bed last week, and it’s perfect! Thanks Dillion!! Our boxers even approve!!
