Amazing customer service. Brett was very helpful and I got an amazing deal on a hybrid BeautyRest which was significantly cheaper than an identical mattress at Mattress Firm. Definitely a comfortable atmosphere and you don't feel pressured during the process which is great.

I had been looking for a new mattress for some time but was hesitant to pay the high prices at regular mattress stores or to order a bed-in-a-box that I couldn't try out first. After some research I came across BoxDrop and was curious how much lower the price for brand name mattresses could be. I scheduled an appointment same day and arrived to the warehouse. Bret was super friendly and never pressured me into buying anything. I was able to comfortably lay on multiple mattresses for as long as I wanted... I'm talking like 20ish minutes on each one and some again multiple times to narrow them down. Like I said, I was never pressured to buy anything unless I felt it was truly the right one. I ended up finding a mattress more comfortable than any I had tried previously and for a fraction of the price. I happened to buy a floor model that hadn't been out long (last of the mattress model in a full size) and as the days have gone by, I haven't had any pain when laying down or after a night's sleep. Bret also threw in a free mattress protector and pillow (which my dog immediately claimed as hers). Delivery was great, and the guys even got to the house a little early. If you're hesitant about paying so much for a mattress and haven't tried BoxDrop, I definitely recommend it!
