And on day of delivery they called gave us a time arrived at the designated time. They were professional, friendly and careful. BR Mattress Outlet offers great products at great prices and excellent service. The king mattress, adjustable base, and comfort pillows have been the best sleeping products we have ever owned. Highly recommend!!

Matt was the Bomb! His knowledge and understanding of our needs led us to find the perfect solution to our sleeping issues. Matt went over and above answering questions about warranty and delivery.

Ben is the owner and he is very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses that he offers. We had MANY questions and he had a lot of patience with us and gave us all the answers. He told us about all of the options he recommended based on our needs. And gave us time to decide on the best one even after store hours! Ben and Matthew delivered our adjustable bases and mattresses along with pillows and sheets in a timely manner. They also took the time to tell us more about it and show us how it worked. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Truly great customer service. Thank you Ben and Matthew for being so kind.

Thank you BR Mattress Outlet for everything!! Really good prices and service!! Just opened too! New to the area and based in Baton Rouge, LA! Y’all go see Ben at BR Mattress Outlet!
