Mattresses & Beyond

According to signage on the front of the door, the store is open on Sundays at 12:00 p.m. based on this I stopped by on Sunday only to find out that the store was closed. When I called the store, there was only a recording to leave a message. Updated times or days were not mentioned.

Our whole mattress shopping experience was wonderful due to the fact that our sales lady Robin was patient and took the time to inform us about each mattress and quality so we could make the best choice for our sleeping styles. The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Definitely in good hands.

I chose this store because it was a local business and women owned business, I wanted to avoid big chains. I went in with my young adult daughter to get her a new bed. We had a wonderful experience, we were able to take our time, there was absolutely no pressure to buy right away. The owner guided us thru different options, quality, prices, value and warranty, she was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. It was very important for us to get a long lasting quality mattress and we feel we were able to find the perfect balance within our budget. The owner also helped us find the right platform and contacted her supplier to see if they had additional inventory as the platform we picked was last year model, they were able to find it. Very happy with our experience. Will definitely go back to this store when I need a new mattress. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience to my daughter and I.

I paid for a mattress on Oct 10. Was told my mattress was going to be there the following week. It is now Oct 28th and I still don’t have a mattress. Was told I would get a call from the store to let me know when y mattress would be delivered. Never received a call. They never answer the phone. I’ve had to call them multiple times over multiple days to try to get answers. Do not get a mattress here. This place is a joke.

I’m so glad I came to this store to look for mattresses. Robin is one of the most honest and kind saleswoman. She is truly a mattress expert! She helped my parents select a mattress that was safe for them based on the measurements of their bedframe and my parent’s height, so they have a low risk of falling. She was cognizant of the bedroom door dimensions in case the box frame needed to come in splits, for example. The mattresses arrived in perfect condition.
