Can't be more pleased with the new flip firm mattress that I received on 5/30. Wanted to sleep on it a few nights before I rated it. I have not had a backache in the mornings since I've slept on it! I gotta say, anyone with a mattress over 10 years old, you need to by a new one if your are experiencing any pain issues. I couldn't believe the difference in how I felt. Bill was a great person to deal with. He answered my questions and showed me exactly the type of mattress I wanted.

We've now had our mattress 3 years. It is breaking down on each side (king sz) making pressure points unbearable for both my husband and I. This mattress should have lasted longer.

Kristina and Lisa were absolutely amazing through the entire process of choosing our new mattress and frame. They're both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping people get a good night's sleep. With Kristina and Lisa's advice, I am confident in our investment and excited about our delivery!!

My husband and I stopped in Brothers today, and we were immediately greeted cheerfully by Krista. She showed us, and we tried out MANY mattresses. Krista wanted us to be happy and satisfied. She thoroughly explained warranties and our invoice. Krista was not pushy and great to deal with!
