Good selection. Great customer service. Much more timely delivery options than another furniture store I went to. Mr. Ricky and the store manager were both very helpful. Great buying experience. Regarding complaints noted by others about not being able to get their money back—When you are making a purchase, Brown’s does have you sign from the get-go that all sales are final. So one may not like the policy, but Brown’s is at least transparent about it on the front end of the transaction, if you read your paperwork or the signs posted around the store. As for me, I hope to buy there again in the future.

DO NOT buy the service warranty, IT’s JOKE!!! Serveco. It is garage. Can’t place clean over phone you have to do it all by Internet, which is OK but then you keep getting one email saying oh we need pictures then you get another email about five days later saying oh I need a picture of your contract then five more days later oh, we need to know what you cleaned it with why not ask all those questions at one time it’s just slowing the process down of getting Repaired I will never buy another warranty through Brown’s nor buy any more furniture through them have had bad dealings with them, will never use them again I’ll stick with Ivan Smith furniture who I’ve used forever but wanted to give them a chance my bad

The experience I had was horrible ,the store manager was very rude because I no longer wanted the merchandise on layaway . I found a better deal as well the merchandise was not in the store . I let 2 weeks pass awaiting to see when the merchandise was there never got a call . The excuse was the truck was coming in . So I decided to shop around found better deal. So I asked for my money back I was told "No" and that I may or may not get a store credit . WoW! , I am a veteran of the United States Army and to be treated the way , was dramatizing. I left out the store unhappy . Realizing as I look around the store is very unclean , Dead roaches on the floor , furniture dusty . As well the store manager told me when I asked to speak to the owner he stated "NO" . and best of luck finding his number and that he spoke with the store manager and the store manager stated " You did better than me I would not of gave her , her money back ". I was like wow !that was so unprofessional to say to a customer , and to actually repeat what a owner stated about the customer . Veterans /buyers beware ! . I have the store credit , but really don't want to use it . Was not pleased with the experience. Thankyou !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my concerns and needs were addressed. I purchased 2 rockers. They are very comfy and so far are very satisfied with them. Thankful for the helpful staff. Carey, Alfred, Eugene, Jonathan. You guys were great.

After visiting all of the furniture stores in Alexandria, I returned to Browns to make my final decision. They were very patient with me. I never felt pressured to make a decision. They had a great selection that was in stock! Now we have 2 comfortable Lazy Boy recliners for our RV!! Prices were very reasonable as well.
