I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mattress Firm. Eric was my salesperson, and he was absolutely spectacular. From the beginning, I felt like his goal was to help me find a bed that I would truly love—not just make a sale. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain my options and answer every question. What impressed me just as much was the entire staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping. It is rare to find a store where customer service is this exceptional. Thanks to Eric and the team, I had a stress-free and enjoyable experience and found the perfect mattress. If you are looking for a new mattress and want honest guidance from people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleExcellent customer service! Eric answered every question that we had throughly and explained the differences between beds along with pointing us to the right selection of beds that would fit what we needed and we ended up deciding on a Sealy mattress and left with good quality pillows by Sleepys. We’ll never own a cheap $15 pillow again best money spent. Shannon and Eric were very knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell us just anything they listened to our needs and went from there. We’re grateful we chose to come to y’all.

View on GoogleEric was great - he was an expert!! Ask me questions (sleeping patterns, pains waking up, etc),, showed me mattress, pillow, and sheets options, had me try out a few mattresses and bases. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Made me feel comfortable. Explained specials, financing options, warranties, delivery, and set up. I highly recommend Eric to take care of one's sleeping needs. 5/5 ⭐️'s
