Greg delivered and installed the bed in a timely and very professional manner and answered all our questions. Mr. Cain was professional, courteous, patient (I'm an older lady who asked a lot of questions), honest and just about anything and everything a customer looks for. I was really hesitant about going on line, but had no choice. I am so glad I connected with Cain's Bedding. Mr. Cain (Greg) went over and beyond in his customer experience with us. The company I dealt with 12 years ago, ABC Waterbeds, was no longer in service selling waterbed products and I was really nervous, but I am very blessed to have connected with Cain's and have kept his website and phone number for the future. View on GoogleWent in specifically try out a Chattam & Wells Mattress, which we really liked, but actually ended up buying a Sterling Softside waterbed instead. Due to back and hip problems, this was actually a better choice. We liked Greg very much, he is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We have called a couple of times over the past couple of months with questions and for advise and Greg is always helpful. We strongly recommend shopping and buying here. It felt really good to also support a small local business.
