AVOID! Not sure how this place is still in business. You will NOT get your mattress in the time promised...if at all. And good luck reaching someone or getting a straight answer. BUYER BEWARE!

Would rate zero if I could. Paid for a mattress on 3/14 and never got it. They said 2-3 weeks for delivery. 10 weeks went by and no mattress. I had to drive up there and spoke with Patrick who is the owner. He said the mattress was lost on a FedEx truck. After a couple visits and listening to him repeat the same story I asked for my money back and cancelled the order. He said the refund was initiated on 5/27. It's now 6/10 and the refund has not hit my account yet. Now I call and get the voicemail is full message. Nobody answers. Time to get a lawyer. At this point Id rather pay a lawyer $2,400 dollars to get my $2,400 dollars back. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read the other reviews on Mattress Direct (Campbell Mattress). This company is horrible. They also advertise on FOX 2. I'll be contacting them as well. BBB also has similar complaints on this company.

I bought my mattress from Mattress Direct eight years ago! I have a split king adjustable and it was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! The sleep specialists, are very knowledgeable and will take as much time as necessary to fit you in the pillow and mattress you deserve! I will definitely be replacing my mattress soon, with Mattress Direct!

Pat sold me a bed INFESTED with bed bugs. I have no idea how this place is still even open. Asked for a refund and pat refused. NEVER SHOP HERE!
