Take a look at the reviews, the older reviews are very positive, but the more recent reviews are all negative. I am finding the same experience as the more recent reviews. The store experience is great, very helpful, but once you order you can't get a call back and delivery is non-existent (they charge the full amount at purchase). The phone numbers don't work (except one), my wife left multiple message with no callback, I spoke with someone who said someone would call me back and that never happened. I contacted my credit card and also sent a text to Greg cancelling my order. The company appears to be in some stage of bankruptcy so this appears to be a money grab. Check out the BBB as well, the business isn't accredited and there are a lot of claims. I would strongly advice not buying a mattress here, you may never get it an then have to work with your credit card company to get a refunds because Mattress Firm ignores the requests. Patrick is also running his business is St. Peters without a business license and in the last two month (Nov and Dec 2025) has had two warrants out for his arrest (the other is expired plates). Update: credit card company refunded our purchase after no response from Patrick. Take a look at the factory in Missouri on Google Maps, it appears abandoned or at a minimum not a place you want a mattress made.

AVOID! Read most current reviews. Not sure how this place is still in business. You will NOT get your mattress in the time promised...if at all. And good luck reaching someone or getting a straight answer. BUYER BEWARE!

Don’t know how they have a 4 plus star reviews Read the reviews, we are going through exactly what everyone else has no return calls ordered April 3. Still no mattress. They say it’s on the truck then a week later still no call. I wished we had read the reviews. We are taking actions against them to get resolved. I will be glad when this nightmare is over. I did check reviews and looks like all the good reviews are at least 2 plus years ago

This is a text I sent to Matress Direct earlier today (12/26). This is Keith Youngblood. I bought a queen size bed and frame from you on Dec. 11. We have not received it yet. When we purchased the bed, we were assured it would be delivered by the following weekend. That did not happen. For almost two weeks, we received no information on what’s going on. All we received was we’ll call you back. Just today, ACIMA call your office, and they said it’s because of the holiday. Your people didn’t say that when I asked. They also said it will be another week or so when it comes. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Therefore, we are canceling this order. I will call again to officially cancel. You be the judge on what transpired today (12/26/24). I heard other stories, no confirmation of them. I say to you to really research your selected retailers. They can talk a good game, but research their consumer history. The old saying “Buyers Beware” is extremely prevalent…
