Ramon was incredibly helpful and made sure we got everything we were looking for. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, professional, and took care of all our needs. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back!
View on GoogleThe purchase and delivery process was smooth, but our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. We purchased white couches and were encouraged to buy the extended warranty with the promise that professional cleanings could be done as often as every six months. We didn't even request a cleaning that soon, we waited over a year. However, the warranty company (Montage Portal) has repeatedly denied our claim and refuses to honor what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing their warranty. It ended up being a waste of money because the company has not fulfilled the coverage we were told we would receive. Very disappointing.

Helen served us very kindly with quality conversation so we could choose what we as a family were looking for... this store has multiple designs and many varieties of products to choose from... it was a pleasure to shop here, I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to come to this store... The most important thing is their prices, which are not exaggerated and very flexible for these very difficult times in which we live... thank you very much Helen for your excellent service
View on GoogleEverytime I go there it feels like I have to to home for shopping. My kids recognize the furniture her because we buy everything from this store. Today added our more beautiful bedroom set. Please visit staff is friendly and service is top notch.
