Mattress Firm Prince William

I was searching for a replacement air mattress with an electric air pump. In my online research I saw the name Mattress Firm frequently. I checked Mattress Firms website but I wasn't sold until I went to Dillingham Square store. At Dillingham Square store, Corey referred to the Prince William store who had a greater Queen size inventory. Wow! I found a great deal! Thank you Juan! Check out the attached picture. Buyer beware and use caution when shopping here!!! I am having an absolute nightmare experience with this business. I recently purchased 3 mattresses from this location from the lady (Krystin) who manages the store. When the mattresses arrived, I was told 2 of them were damaged, and that both previously owned. Why they were brought if the damage was known, I am not sure. When I purchased the mattresses there was no discussion about preowned mattresses. I was also told that the preowned mattresses undergo a thorough cleaning process. Assuming that is true, they are still missing the point. All of that should have been explained to me before the purchase. To make matters worse, the communication in/between these stores is horrible. The person (Rich) who has been trying to help me doesn't work every day, and not all always at the same store. So, I have to call around (like today) to the stores to find him and if he is off (like today) no one can help me. A couple days ago, I was told my case was being escalated to the district manager and to expect a call. I have not received that call and I am still without the mattresses which I need before the coming weekend.

My hubby and I bought our mattress from Mattress Firm - the Prince William Prkwy store. We came back into the store today after facing several issues with the delivery of our bed/base for over a week. Twice in a row this store set a delivery day/time with us and then didn’t show or even call to let us know they wouldn’t make it! We were frustrated and ready to return the bed and give up on Matteess Firm all together. In the store, Eldred came to the rescue. He listened to our concerns, and immediately went into action to address the issues. Eldred was calming, consistent, accommodating, and a great listener. We initially went to this store to return our product due to dissatisfaction with Mattress Firm’s customer service but by the time we left (after working with Eldred), we bought a different bed that we loved that Eldred was able to setup delivery to accommodate our schedule and time constraints. Thank you, Eldred, for being so great with us and for saving day! We will definitely recommend that people ask for you if they’re in the market for a bed. Mattress Firm should be thanking you too because I was DEFINITELY going to write a review about the deplorable delivery service!! They have a true gem in you, Eldred!! Thank you!! PS: We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Mattress Firm delivers our order this time!

Perfect customer services helped me pick the perfect bed for me in my price range and went as far as to help load it in my car I believe his name started with an E but I can’t remember off the top of my head I believe his name was Eldred but he was fantastic and I finally after months of sleeping like crap I feel I’m going to sleep like a baby now! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Also that sleep expert needs a raise pronto you don’t see employees that professional and amazing anymore so to you Eldred I appreciate you and your time and will be writing a good review to your company and I pray some higher ups see this and acknowledge What an asset you are!
