Carolina Appliance and Furniture

Outstanding Service and a Fantastic Purchase !I recently purchased a Speed Queen TC5 washer from Carolina Appliance and Furniture, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the team made buying and picking up a heavy-duty appliance easy and stress-free. Carla at the register was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She handled everything smoothly and made the checkout process quick. A big shout-out to the gentleman who loaded the washer for me he went way above and beyond! Since I was picking it up myself, he took the time to explain everything about the installation (and then some). He shared helpful tips on leveling, water lines, electrical hookup, and best practices to get the most out of this machine. His knowledge and willingness to share that extra information really stood out and gave me confidence setting it up at home. The Speed Queen TC5 itself is a beast solid build quality, just what I wanted for reliable performance. Carolina Appliance and Furniture clearly stands behind their products and customers. If you're in the market for appliances, especially Speed Queen, I highly recommend this store. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful staff who care about making sure you leave happy. I'll definitely be back for future purchases! Thank you Carla and the whole team!

Carolina Appliance is the best, I purchased a speed queen washer last year, its was delivered fast by 2 gentlemen that knew what they were doing, both office girls are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done, so 12/25 I bought the matching dryer , again a perfect transaction, 5 stars all round, will be buyer from them again. ps free removal of old washer and dryer.

After a month of screw ups and cancellations from Lowe's, I started researching local companies. From the first phone call with Carla, I was immediately put at ease. Not only did they have the washer dryer in stock, they delivered in two days! The men who delivered and installed my machine were friendly, respectful, quick and mindful of all my things around them. Highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from this business. I didn't want to deal any longer with the big box stores . I found this Conway store and am so impressed with their courteous staff and attention to my questions. Thoroughly recommend them and will use them for future purchases and referrals.

Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Local employees. I’m greeted on a first name basis. I’ve bought home appliances and furniture from this store. The only place I will buy appliances. If repairs are needed, LOCAL repairmen are available.
