Farmers Home Furniture

Beautiful furniture, good prices and helpful and friendly staff. Update! The cushions flatten down. Not so comfortable anymore 😕 I thought that they said they were memory foam! Not pleased at all. Nice to look at except for the flattened cushions 😔

When we moved to the Conway area, we knew that we would need various household items/furniture that we had to sell off or leave behind. At first, we were going to different stores for different items, this became time consuming and produced no results. By chance we happened upon Farmers Home and low and behold we bought everything on our list after our first visit. Why? Well, because of how we were treated, pricing and their selection. At this store we were greeted politely and told that if we needed any help to let them know. Mark was one of the employees that asked to let him know if we had questions or wanted help. Then they all left us alone to wonder through their store, which by the way had a lot of items to choose from. As we became comfortable, we started to develop a relationship with Mark, he never pushed us, just answered our questions and overall was wonderful to work with. We looked at 5 different items that we needed and liked, asked Mark specific questions (he answered them all very well) and then we told him that we would go home and figure out what we wanted to do and come back the next day. He quoted a price on all 5 items including delivery/set up, explained all warranties and possible problem resolutions, then told us to have a nice day. No pressure just professionalism, courtesy and faith. The next day we came in and purchased all five items, the nice young woman behind the desk helped us schedule delivery and pay for our items. She was wonderful and treated us as professionally as Mark, and with the same respect. Great people to work with when you are spending a substantial (for us) amount of money. Good communication about delivery day and time. Delivery set up guys were great, friendly, polite, careful and respectful. Before we purchased, I looked carefully at the Google reviews for Farmers Home. If you look at the 1-2 star reviews they give you insight into the people posting the reviews and why, not just their “problem” with the company, just sayin’…

What a lovely experience. Everyone was so friendly at the store and delivery guys were great. The price can’t be beat for such quality. Would definitely shop there again. AND bonus it’s employee owned!!

Very happy with the bed we got and the price we paid! The associate was very helpful. My son has so much room in his bedroom now plus plenty of storage underneath.

Toni was very helpful finding us some lovely dining room chairs that had to be special ordered. The entire staff were very polite and friendly. Wonderful experience.
