Carolina Rustic Furniture

HELLO! I lost our email conversation and was wondering if you still have two pillows available? I sent an email through as well. I had the pleasure of discovering Blue Ridge Bedding & Furniture while desperately searching for a specific pillow online. Though the store is located in another state, I was determined to get my hands on this pillow. I reached out to the company via email, and to my surprise, I received an immediate response from a gentleman named Mark. From the start, Mark was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Not only did he quickly arrange to have the pillow shipped to me from across the country, but his customer service was simply outstanding. In a world where great service can sometimes feel hard to come by, Mark’s thoughtful and efficient approach truly stood out. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in years, and I’m beyond grateful for the extra effort he put in. Blue Ridge Bedding & Furniture has earned my trust and loyalty, and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for such wonderful service!

Had a wonderful experience at Carolina Rustic furniture today! I found a great coffee table at a very fair price and they delivered same day which was incredibly helpful. I left my credit card at the store and the owner even dropped it off to me on his way home! We chose this region of the country for its family feel and this store definitely embodies that in spades! Can’t wait to come back!

Brought sofa and rocker in late December or January 2017/2018. Suppose to be leather. They are coming today here in Summerville sc to recover all of it. Has cracked and peeled into tiny, thin pieces. Even pillow trim falling off. We sold home on toxaway falls.

We ordered a sofa bed thru Carolina Rustic Furniture. Rita helped us pick out the perfect sofa for our needs. Mark followed thru with what could have been a difficult delivery. He handled everything perfectly. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of any type of furniture.
