We just bought our couches with Eller and Owen and the experience was great! Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or aggressive like you find at some furniture stores. The delivery was smooth, they showed up on time, were respectful and made sure we were happy with the placement and everything involved. They didnt have the exact couch we wanted in their warehouse, so it did take 2 months to get it, but that was LazyBoy, not Eller Owen. So if you need a furniture ASAP make sure you ask about that. Pam told us this upfront, so we knew ahead of time. After delivery we had question, called Pam and again, so very helpful! Overall, this was a great experience buying furniture. We wefinitely will be back!
View on GoogleOur family was shopping for a new couch set, and I am so thankful we ended up at Eller & Owens. The store has a great selection of furniture options, and Pam was extremely helpful and kind (and patient with our energetic toddler!). With Pam's assistance, we found exactly what we were looking for in a couch. The entire process was efficient and pleasant. We definitely plan to return for any future furniture needs. Thank you, Pam and Eller & Owens!
View on GoogleQuality furniture, reasonable prices, they have delivery and pick up service - Pam Bledsoe was professional and friendly. Delivery was a dream, the guys were friendly professional and actually got here early can't say enough - soon as taxes are in we'll probably be back for more❣️
View on GoogleThis was a great experience for me and my husband, new to this area. It was low pressure and pleasant. We got to look at everything we wanted and again there was no high pressure sales associate following us around the store. I definitely recommend Eller and Owens.
View on GoogleWe felt cared about but not overwhelmed by our sales person! She was very helpful and easy to work with. She was also knowledgeable. Would do it again!
