Cascade Mattress & Home Furniture

My partner and I bought a couch from here and the process was so easy and we got the best service from Garrett when purchasing. He helped us find the perfect couch for our new apartment and we are so happy with it! The delivery was even easier with John and Brady, who came at a perfect time, brought the couch in, and were done super quickly! They were efficient and friendly and we couldn’t be happier with the service we got from these employees!

Stopped in looking for a bed frame while we were in town for the week. It’s really hard to find a store where you can actually see and feel what you want to purchase anymore and I was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for and at an excellent price! Kristie was amazing, no pressure and helped us make sure it would fit with our box spring before buying. We were able to get it delivered the next day and at a very reasonable price. John was also amazing! He was on time and set it all up for us so we didn’t have to do a thing! He also took our old boxspring that was in the garage for a very small fee. If I ever need another bed frame or mattress, I will come here first! Just wish they could deliver to Portland too. :)

My wife and I came in looking for a king mattress and we were shown around by Garret. He was extremely informed and answered all of our questions and led us to the best fit mattress for us based on our needs. He was also very patient as my wife and I flip flopped between mattresses over and over again! The store is clean and open and the selection is large and high quality. Their 100 night exchange policy and their 10 year warranty made it a lot easier for us to feel comfortable making such a large purchase. Overall, I highly recommend getting your next mattress here.

From the sales department to the delivery, everything was excellent. Can’t wait for our first night in our new Tempur-pedic with adjustable base bed. You’re very competitive with your pricing and we appreciate that. Now we need to get a headboard. Will talk to you later about that.

Kristie is a very knowledgeable salesperson who really knows her stuff! Very easy to deal with and she is so very helpful! John and Sam delivered and set up my new bed! These two knew what they were doing and got my new bed together in no time. An amazing selection of mattress’s and great staff! I highly recommended them for your bedding needs!
