Ms Lopez knows her business. Very helpful with advice on mattresses and associated products. A very pleasant buying experience. I will definitely recommend her and the store. We were regularly updated on the delivery process. The delivery was on a Sunday and right on time. The delivery crew was equipped with shoe covers and worked quickly. Mr Williams and crew get 10 stars for sure
View on GoogleGreat experience on our purchase of two new beds. To begin, I must say that the Beautyrest Black Series 3 pillow tops are amazing. Best bed I have ever owned. Mattress firm did an upgrade for us that was seamless when we later decided to go with the pillowtop version. Also, they stayed true to their word and matched a competitor’s sale price over a month after our initial purchase, and did it with a smile. Thank you Jess! In summary, they have a very friendly and helpful staff who have a great product that I highly recommend. Any and all future beds will be purchased through them.

She was patient when I asked lots of questions And even told me to wait a couple of days when there would be a better price.
View on GoogleWonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Redmond, Oregon this week. Our salesperson was Val Lopez. She spent time with me showing and explaining all the various differences in the mattresses in order for me to really know what I wanted. I was able to pick out exactly the one I wanted along with a new frame, etc. I will definitely be back whenever I need a new bed and have recommended her to my friends.
