Casper - Mall at Green Hills

So sad to see this store go. We truly could not be happier with our new mattress and down pillows. What made our experience exceptional was working with the manager, Liz Cipriano. She is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure our Casper products were exactly what we needed. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making mattress shopping fun!

Liz is the best!! We went to the mall looking for a mattress and an adjustable bed, and she helped us find everything we needed! Now we just have to wait for our new items to arrive. If you go, be sure to look for her!

Stephen and the crew were fantastic to work with! I have tried Purple, Nectar, Sleep Number, etc but NONE compare to a Casper mattress. Stephen and his team helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my back condition, and informed me that not one, but TWO, of their mattresses are endorsed by the ACA! I would highly recommend stopping by next time you’re in the mall, you won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I went to the mall yesterday looking for a new purple mattress. They unfortunately closed their location here. Luckily, or so we thought, we spotted your store before we left. We came in to try a couple mattresses and saw that the only employee who was in the shop was busy helping someone else. So my Wife and I proceeded to try some mattresses by ourselves. While we were speaking about the mattresses a woman shows up. She greets us with a rude tone and ask if she could help us. We told her we were just looking at mattresses. The woman who I’m assuming worked there proceeds to say, “Well it doesn’t look like you’re looking. It looks like your laying.” She then storms off with a bit of an upset look on her face. Swiftly after that my Wife and I decided we wouldn’t be purchasing a Casper mattress and most definitely not at that location. Your staff needs some training on how to talk to people. She single handedly is the reason I won’t ever buy a Casper mattress.

Worked with Steve Berger to get a mattress sent to me in Oshkosh, WI in a snowstorm. He made it happen with a great deal of expertise and resolve, and I have enjoyed many great nights of sleep since. Will do business with again!
