Wallace was very helpful when I went to Central to pick out a new stove, microwave and refrigerator. We had spoken previously on the phone and he greeted me at the door when I arrived. He pointed out various features on the different models that were within my budget. He made the entire purchase go smoothly and followed up with a delivery time that fits my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get all of the appliances so quickly. I would recommend Central and Wallace to anybody shopping for furniture or appliances. I'm a happy customer and that's saying a lot in this day and age.

I was at Central and had the full of attention of Wallace as the store was not busy at the time. I was interested in a new sofa, pictured in one of their sale ads. Well, I was there, I found a Wing chair as well on sale. Did not have to put the full amount down to hold it only 50%. Wallace was efficient professional and courteous. He also carried the wing chair, and put it next to the sofa I was to buy so I could compare color which he didn’t have to do. But Wallace has the muscles to do this! Impressive! Just saying… looking forward to having my two pieces of furniture delivered before December holidays : )

We love that Central is a multi generational business. We recently bought a sofa and had a great experience. After looking at several sofas we explained to Wallace what we were looking for and he pointed us to a sofa we hadn’t seen at first. It had ports to plug in our devices, it reclined, and even had head rests that lay flat for our small dogs to sit on (which they love to do). Both Wallace and Lynn helped us pick out the perfect fabric. We just got it today. It came in faster than expected. Wallace was great at communicating with us when we’d be receiving our new sofa and setting up the delivery. The delivery team was excellent and they even took away our old sofa. The team at Central are all outstanding. They truly are one of the few remaining reputable small businesses.

We had been in months ago and were looking at washer/dryers but weren't ready to make a purchase. Today we came back, after having a less than ideal experience at a big box store (felt pressured to make a choice). I believe it was Adam who approached us today and was very laid back, we didn't feel like we were being watched and forced to make a decision on something that didn't feel right. Instead, we could look at a few models, discuss which options would work best for our needs, and were able to get the assistance we needed. The best part is how easy it'll be to get everything hooked up and installed, now that we have a delivery set up for next weekend I don't have to worry about logistics since they are right down the road from us. And the price for e everything today was truly fair, in comparison to what we saw elsewhere. It also feels good to support a local business. Edit to add: our two delivery drivers this morning were great! Quick, friendly, and professional. When a small mishap occurred (minor scrape in the back of the dryer during transport) they offered to get us a new one or take some money off the cost. We opted to keep the dryer since the operation of the drum wasn't going to be affected by the damage and they were able to take 50 dollars off for us which was pretty nice. I was impressed by their honesty and overall how well they got the washer and dryer in the space. It exceeded our expectations of where we originally thought the units could go. They also gave us insight on how to use the dryer for the first time. Really, we could not be happier. Thank you so much, Central. 💕 We know if we need anything you are right down the street!

Tanner was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I knew what I wanted to look at prior to visiting but he helped to provide alternatives and the pros/cons of each. Price was in-line with all other stores, including online. Not sure if the delivery/warranty/conversion kit fees are any different than other stores, but I felt comfortable with it and it’s important to me to give local businesses the first opportunity when shopping. We will certainly be back whenever we need another appliance.
