I desperately needed a new mattress as a queen size was not working anymore (due to animals and spouse RLS). I wanted to come here due to the 120 day trial period. Colin greeted us after he was done with a few customers. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us multiple mattresses that would fit our needs. It didn't take long to find one we loved. We also purchased a base that had massage. We didn't use it right away, but when we did we noticed it was running weird. We got a text from Colin asking how the new mattress was and I explained that the massage didn't seem to be functioning correctly. The next text I got was from Victoria the manager apologizing that we were having trouble and to explain the issue. One text later I'm Scheduling a delivery, in which the guys would troubleshoot and if not successful then switch out. Needless to say it was switched out. No fighting, no trying to prove it was malfunctioning, very smooth transition. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable, not pressured at all, and an extremely easy fix to an issue with the base. Colin and Victoria were both amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress! I've had a FULL nights sleep since we had our king size posturepedic hybrid delivered! Love it!
