Great opportunity to buy quality for less. John is a dream to work with. He's very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. There is no pressure to buy. But yes I did! The Eclipse Titanium ET -Med -Full size mattress is so comfy and relieves the stress points in my old body. The pillow is beyond marvelous! Designed for side sleepers, it gives great shoulder and neck support. First night sleeping with it was amazing. No back, neck, or shoulder pain all night! That's incredible for me. The customer service, along with the quality of what they have to offer was far beyond what I expected, and I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend mattress by appointment, even if you do not know what you need, as they are highly educated and willing to help you figure it out.

John was very knowledgeable and the best non-salesman! Not pushy like the normal mattress stores around here. We left very happy with our new purchase and can’t even wait to sleep tonight!
