Very nice selection of furniture and bedroom sets. Nice quality and great prices. Customer service was top notch.

I bought a recliner recently from them, which had to be ordered and was supposed to be here in 7-9 days. I received it in 5 weeks and even had to go up and pick up the electrical part or wait for another day. The delay was not the local manager's fault, instead of coming back with the part, he sent his guys out to make more deliveries, it was like I didn't count although I paid for the chair 5 weeks earlier and I'm only 15 mins away. No excuse, poor customer service. I won't be back. So don't always expect good service.

Mark lied several times to me. I bought 2 chairs and a couch from him and one chair sounds like a gun shot going off. He refuses to fix it or make it right! Just offered another chair to purchase. I'll never ever go here again. I'll pay more at westco and have excellent customer service and a warranty worth paying for! Don't buy Marks low end crap from the "semi load".

They sell cheaper, lower quality items. As well as mid-range items. The lower range items aren't worth buying because their durability, craftsmanship, and quality are low and they will fail you and not give the proper support your body needs. - The mid range options they have, however, may be worth it. - I bought a cheaper bed there. It turned out to be not the quality I was looking for (it was sinking in the middle). I brought it back the next day and the gentleman who runs the shop took it back and refunded me, with courtesy and respect. The man who runs the shop is good and professional. If they had some higher end items with good quality I would give them a 5-star, as the customer service is really good. However, because they have lower-end items with dubious quality, I give this store 4-stars.
