Terry is THE best to deal with. Always kind and willing to get you great furniture at a good price. Wide selection of almost anything household. If it's not on their floor they almost certainly can order it in for you to view. Wonderful establishment with great people. My family has been shopping here for many years and will be shopping here for many more!

Months ago I placed an order by phone. One love seat sofa, a Rocker-recliner and a single bed. The latter being for my youngest adult son. I specifically asked the salesman if their beds are sturdy, my youngest son is heavy. I was reassured that it was a sturdy made bed for up to 300 pounds. Eventually the, Cheap, Hollow, flimsy, metal bed frame bent and broke in three main support areas. I contacted them twice. The second time, they replaced it.

My wife and I called around to multiple furniture store around the city. The big box store that we purchased the couch from wouldn't help us. The other larger stores wouldn't help us. We kept calling in search of a replacement piece for our sectional. My wife found Ruddick's and thank goodness she did. Not only did they search for our piece (only 11 in the country) they ordered and are going to meet me in KC with it. Ashley has been the kindest and most helpful sales rep I've dealt with in a long time. You won't be upset if you have to do business with this company. Thank you again for your help.
