We went to purchase an adjustable bed for an older relative. Had been to a few other stores, but prefer local. Chattanooga Mattress and Futon did not disappoint!! The owner helped us choose the right mattress and frame and it was perfect firmness and perfect for the motion frame.Not at all pushy!!! The knowledge that not only the owner, who helped us pick what we wanted, but also the knowledge and care of the delivery people was wonderful. Exactly what you want from a local business!!!! BUT, THE PRICES were far better than the other stores we visited. Delivery prices were responsible and it was delivered and set up in just a few days. Yes, we recommend this business and will definitely go there for the next bed we need!!!

What a great company to purchase a mattress from! Brad and his staff were fantastic throughout the process. I purchased a mattress that unfortunately didn't quite work out with my back issues. Brad and his staff let me exchange it for another one with no hassle or questions asked! I highly recommend them! It sure does pay to buy from a mom and pop store vs. a chain! Thank you for caring about your customer's satisfaction!!

Two years ago I bought a king and a twin mattress from Chattanooga Mattress and Futons. When I did, I was offered a set of king sheets at half price which was a great deal. I have loved the mattresses! I have also adored the sheets! In fact, today I went back to the store to buy another set because I have literally worn out my first set since they are the only sheets I will sleep on. This company offers the best customer service and top quality products at unbeatable prices! I would not shop for mattresses or sheets anywhere else!

We wouldn't shop for mattresses anywhere else! This is the best store for any kind of bedding. We've been customers for almost ten years and have always received the lowest prices and the best customer service. This family owned business offers the same inventory as much larger chains do, but at Chattanooga Mattress you receive the discounts without the mark ups. We tell Brad what we need and he and his staff offer several options. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure tactics here. The delivery service is outstanding also. We highly recommend Chattanooga Mattress to anyone who needs a good night's rest. Brad and the staff will help you select the best product based on your needs. Remember to check out the pillows!
