Joseph was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and most importantly — he gave me the space to think through my purchase without pressure. I appreciated having the room to make sure the couch fit both my home and my budget comfortably. That level of respect and customer care goes a long way. On entering we were greeted warmly and asked if we needed any assistance. I answered yes and was directed to Samual Rivera and we told him what we were looking and he took us around to the different displays. We found him to be very knowledgeable and took his time with us and at no time did we feel pressured. I’m happy to report we did make a purchase and we are very happy with the furniture. The quality of the products they sell is amazing at a great price. I highly recommend Furniture City and seeing Samual Rivera. One more note the delivery and setup crew was also a 5 Star experience.
